TrxSys is both the operator and controlling authority for transaction execution and cryptocurrency issuance.

TrxSys is architected such that the monetary policy can be audited by the public and any interested party. The following terms apply once TrxSys has moved out of the experimental designation as stated on the TrxSys home page. The reason for this is to allow TrxSys flexibility in the development of new features and capabilities. Monetary policy includes:

1. The phrase "an accounting of" declares that a public record will be made publicly available on the TrxSys website. The technology and methods to access said information will evolve as the size of the ledger grows.
2. An accounting of the collection of revenue for the sale of TrxSys Cryptocurrency "T".
3. An accounting of the issuance of TrxSys Cryptocurrency "T".
4. An accounting of the creation of TrxSys Cryptocurrency "T" outside of the direct sale of TrxSys Cryptocurrency.
5. TrxSys cryptocurrency will only be issued or originated from TrxSys designated TrxSys governor certificates.
6. TrxSys may create additional cryptocurrency up to 5% of revenue collected for the sale of cryptocurrency. That cryptocurrency will be allocated as 4% to the TrxSys operational entity and 1% to the TrxSys founder in perpetuity. Cryptocurrency creation will be executed automatically on an annual or more frequent basis.
7. TrxSys governance will determine which user-centric platforms will qualify for native portability of cryptocurrency funds.
